Returns and Refunds

For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, personal
care and all opened products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
This is standard practice for pharmacy products and protects the safety
of all our customers.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive an item you did not order,
contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo
of the item. We will replace it or refund it in full.

Before you open an item
If an unopened item is still sealed and you contact us within 48 hours of
delivery, we will review the request and may accept a return. Delivery
charges are not refundable.
