Our products
We sell cosmetics, personal care, mother and baby products, and medical
supplies. We do not sell prescription medicines through this website.
Product information on this site is for general information only. It is
not medical advice and is not a substitute for consulting a pharmacist or
doctor. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding,
or are taking other medication, speak to a healthcare professional before
using any product.

Prices and availability
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds and include tax. We try to keep stock
and prices accurate, but both can change without notice. If an item you
ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a
refund for that item.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by phone or
WhatsApp before dispatch. We may decline an order if the item is out of
stock, the address is outside our delivery area, or we cannot reach you.

Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and InstaPay. For InstaPay, send your payment
and your order number to us on WhatsApp and we will confirm receipt before
dispatch.

Returns
See our Refund Policy. For health and hygiene reasons cosmetics and
personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered,
except where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We collect your name, address and phone number only to process and deliver
